The theory used in this examine will be the vicious circle principle of poverty. The tactic applied in this research is descriptive qualitative, with knowledge assortment methods specifically observation, interviews, and analyze documentation. The effects of the study indicate the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province
